(=formerly cook/waiter, also entry into 1st or 2nd year of apprenticeship possible). The training period for this double apprenticeship (cook – waiter) is 4 years.

Your area of responsibility ranges from guest care and advice to debt collection. Your area of activity also includes the preparation of our seminar rooms. When working in the restaurant and bar area, a change of day and evening service (e.g. weekly) is possible on request but not a requirement, only night service is also possible!

For this responsible position, we expect above all the ability to work in a team, loyalty, motivation and identification with our happiness philosophy. A well-groomed appearance and a good demeanor as well as flexibility in dealing with guests and colleagues are also prerequisites.

In the seminar area we offer full board, which places high demands on our kitchen in terms of “light and varied”. You and our young team will prepare the lunch and dinner menu, sometimes in buffet form. In addition, we spoil our guests twice a day during the seminar breaks with our “break snacks”.

For this responsible job, we also expect the ability to work in a team, loyalty, motivation and identification with our happiness philosophy. Appropriate practice and the flexibility to try new things are required. We would be delighted if you could also pass on your skills to our apprentices.

Part time approx. 20-40 hours

Your area of responsibility essentially includes:
– Keeping the hotel area clean
– the cleaning of the rooms and bathrooms
– Working in the laundry (washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing machine)
– Cleaning in the kitchen including dishes
– Helping in the kitchen Experience in a similar position in a hotel is advantageous but not a prerequisite.
