General terms and conditions for seminars
Arrival & departure: We will make the room available to you as soon as possible (usually immediately upon arrival). We therefore ask you to check out after breakfast or the morning break on the day of departure so that we can also offer this service to the next seminar guest.
Total cancellations or cancellations of more than 20% of the booked number of participants: no cancellation fee will be charged up to 6 weeks before the start of the seminar. Up to 2 weeks before the start of the seminar we charge 50% of the booked arrangement. Please understand that we have to charge the full seminar price for later cancellations. All other provisions apply according to the international cooperation agreement on accommodation and meals.
Fair play: If you book 2 equivalent replacement seminars within the following six months, we will deduct half of the cancellation fee from the invoice price.
Withdrawal: The hotel reserves the right to withdraw a booked appointment within 1 week in order to compensate for booking errors or to prevent adversities with regard to compliant guidelines.
Prices: The prices and conditions given include all taxes and duties, as well as the local and regional tax. Volume discount from 10 seminars per year. With the publication of the new price list, all old ones become invalid.
Price transparency: We thought of something when we calculated our prices – we want price transparency and fairness: We therefore promise you that nobody will get the same services cheaper from us than you
Leisure: If the seminar times allow it, our leisure facilities are very popular. Please inform your employees about our leisure and sports activities. (Use at your own risk!)
Shortly before: In order to be able to guarantee a smooth process, it is valuable for us that we receive a list of names for the room allocation before the start of the seminar, as well as the desired seating arrangement and your “drink regulations”.
In addition, it is sometimes advantageous to talk to the trainer a few days before the seminar about any special requests. For this reason we ask you to put us in contact with your trainer.
Liability: We are not liable for any objects or equipment that you have brought with you or forgotten; the seminar rooms can be locked and will be locked at the request of the trainer or the trainer will receive a key for his conference room.
Bringing food or drinks (in particular wine, spirits) is not permitted. In special cases, a written exception can be made, in which case a service fee or corkage will be charged.
General terms and conditions for holiday guests
Children’s discount in their parents’ room:
- Children up to their 3rd birthday free (crib available, please order in advance)
- Children up to their 8th birthday 50%
- Children up to their 12th birthday always pay 30% of the applicable price for bed and breakfast
Pets on request; EUR 8.00/day (without food)
Overnight stay/breakfast: includes our extensive vitality breakfast buffet
Half-board: includes a 4-course “lucky menu” with a choice
Check-in/out: We make the rooms available to you from 2:00 p.m. On the day of departure we ask you to check out by 10:30 a.m.
Arrival bonus and late check-out: If you would like to move into your room earlier (depending on availability), please plan € 7 per person for “early check-in”. For “late check-out” until 5 p.m. we charge € 15,–/person.
Our prices are… per person and day and include 10% VAT as well as EUR 0.55 local and regional tax!
Down payment: Please transfer us a down payment of 10% of the booked arrangement
Cancellation conditions: Cancellation fee from reservation up to 29 days before arrival: the deposit amount; from 28 to 1 day: 80% of the booked arrangement; Cancellation on the day of arrival or no arrival (“no show”): 100%. By taking out travel cancellation insurance – which we recommend – you will not incur any additional costs in the event of cancellation, as we will settle these directly with the travel insurance company. In special seasons (e.g. Christmas/New Year, Easter, …) there are special packages with additional services and other prices. There are also separate flat rates and other single room surcharges for seminars!
